智冠公司回應新聞稿
針對網銀國際股份有限公司112/12/21下午聲明，智冠公司認有澄清必要，以免誤導，補充說明如下。
1. 智冠公司與網銀公司所控各公司雖在遊戲產業有交集，但兩家公司之經營策略與業務型態均不相同，網銀公司聲明所稱合作建議，恐不符合經營現狀。
2. 智冠公司創業到目前30餘年，從遊戲代理、自製研發，乃至現在點卡與金流服務，都不斷的進步，但人才培育困難，近年產業呈現停滯狀態，如何轉型是遊戲產業的困難之處，台鋼集團對運動的推展及支持，讓我們認為運動休閒遊戲類型及領域是未來走出泥沼的新藍海。
3. 智冠公司與榮剛公司的換股案，雙方議定閉鎖三年，雙方持股在三年內都沒有流動性，因此評價上要審視長期合理區間的均價，不應跟隨今年11月底以來短期上漲的股價。雙方公司是以擴大、深入策略合作而持股，不是炒作股票或短期獲利，沒有買賣也沒有任何價差，網銀公司的聲明忽略持股閉鎖三年的狀況。
